Power Quest is one of the bands selected by Get Ready to ROCK! for additional promotion in 2011.

POWER QUEST

One of the UK's foremost power metallers, who've been gathering momentum for a decade, release their latest album 'Blood Alliance' in March 2011.

Led by keyboardist/songwriter Steve Williams, the band have long been a GRTR! favourite and have reinvented themselves with a new line-up in 2010.  The new album retains the band's trademark power metal anthems whilst introducing a heavier and at times progressive edge.

In 2009 what many consider the 'classic' band line-up broke up and for a while founder Steve Williams considered the band's future prospects.  With overwhelming support from fans and strong personal conviction, he assembled a UK-based outfit but fronted by the well-established vocalist Chity Somapala (ex-Firewind, Civilization One).

The band played Hammerfest III ahead of the album release and have lined up a series of dates in 2011.
